The last I heard there was an expected release date of end of March. Is there an update/actual release date available yet?
Kim: The launch of triPOS Direct v5.16 was pushed back. At this time, we anticipate a live release in mid to late April. A fixed launch date has not yet been set.
More details will be posted to the triPOS Direct Release Notes page when the new version is ready:triPOS Direct Release Notes - Version 5.15.0 - 4.0.82

How do you get a new release? Do you receive a communication via email, or you go to a specific web site to download the software. Thank you
Gregory: The above conversation has to do with the triPOS Direct product, which is installed locally on a PC computer. My notes on your account indicate that you have used the triPOS Mobile product in the past, an SDK built into a native iOS app. Please confirm?
If so, this conversation is not relevant to you specifically. However we are planning a new launch of triPOS Mobile for iOS, v1.4.1, tentatively slated for Q2/Q3 this year. This release will include some great new features such as improved logging.
Similar to my advice to Kim, I recommend that you Follow the triPOS Mobile SDK page here on Worldpay ONE, to receive automatic notifications of updates.
We use triPOS direct, not a mobile version. That is the only version we have used so far.
Correct. See my reply directed to you, which appears just below this message in the thread.
Kevin my question is related to Tripos Software installed on a Windows PC. We are software company and we have many clients using the Vantiv Device on a Windows PC. I am looking to a way to upgrade the software regularly so the end-user can go to web site and download the latest software available if any and install it themselves (Like you do with any other software company like Microsoft, Google, Oracle, etc) The file I have triPOs Setup.exe (see image below) .
I don't know about a mobile version do you mean to connect a Vantiv device to an iphone or a Vantiv that works on WIFI. I would like to know more about it can you send a link.
Apologies for the confusion, and thank you for clarifying. The triPOS Direct software is available on our MFT download site:
I see you had registered for this site, and I have approved your registration. You should now be able to log in successfully. Keep us posted if you encounter any difficulty.
Note that we do not provide access to MFT for end users. At this time, we'll need you to handle the download and installation of the updated version.
The triPOS Mobile SDK link I provided has all the information you need regarding the mobile version of triPOS, to work as an SDK within a native iOS app. We also offer a Cloud-based service that uses the same API as your current triPOS Direct integration. You can get more information about triPOS Cloud here:

We would be happy to set up a conference call to discuss the various triPOS solutions. Please work with your Worldpay Relationship Manager to get started. If you don't currently have contact with a Relationship Manager, let us know.

Hello Kevin, have you solidified a date for 5.16 yet?
We are still targeting late April for the 5.16 launch. We don't have a firm date yet.
Do you have an ETA on the 5.16 Launch?
We're taking a bit of extra time to ensure the product is as solid as possible before release. Updated timeline for release should fall sometime this month.
Thank you, do you know if the 5.16 release will contain support for EMV chips on the Ingentico iSC 250 device with TSYS.

No, triPOS 5.16 will not include EMV support for the Ingenico iSC250 with TSYS. Currently we don't have an ETA for this update.
Good news, though: I have confirmed that this release will include support for the Verifone MX915 on TSYS. The MX915 is very similar to the iSC250 in size and function. I realize this might not be an ideal solution, if you already have iSC250's in the field.
